Turmeric is rich in many valuable medicinal properties. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties. Apart from this, if you have recently got the vaccine of covid, then turmeric soup will be beneficial for you.

Ingredients


  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Garlic, minced
  • 2 inch piece - turmeric, grated
  • 1.5 tsp - Ginger, grated
  • 3 - Carrots, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 lemon slice

How to make Turmeric Soup for boosting immunity?

  1. First of all take a pan i.e. a pan and heat some ghee in it. Then add onion and fry till it turns brown.
  2. Then add ground garlic, freshly ground raw turmeric and ginger. Fry this ingredients for two minutes.
  3. Now add carrot, vegetable chopped stock and let it boil for 20 minutes.
  4. Keep stirring this ingredients with a spoon so that everything gets mixed properly. Cook carrots properly which may take a little longer.
  5. Now squeeze some lemon in it and serve hot.
  6. Note- Take it in evening time (4-5 PM) or as a pre-dinner meal.
